      Hi Vivian – thanks for your comment. Most MSPs work on balancing costs with revenue. True MSP partners will look to solve a problem permanently thru proactive responses rather than waiting on a phone call. Most will not do that. The goal is get the call closed as quickly as possible. They fail to realize that fewer calls mean more revenue as they can take on more customers without risking quality of service.
